Billing details
- Open Desk is free. No card is required.
- Pro Desk is billed per person, monthly, in advance. The first charge happens when you upgrade; renewals happen on the same day each month.
- Team Suite is billed per active member, monthly, in advance. Adding a member mid-month is prorated; removing a member stops their charge at the next renewal.
- Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required by law.
- Cancel from your account settings or by emailing hello@montpelerin.com. The plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
- Refunds are handled under the Terms of Service (14-day refund on the first paid month).
Questions about plans
Can a team mix plans?
Yes. A Team Suite covers the members you invite; anyone else can keep an Open Desk or Pro Desk.
Is there a discount for larger teams?
Teams over 50 members can contact us for a quote.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not at the moment. All paid plans are monthly.
